WCF Football Specific Skill Development, Weight Training, Speed and Agility (March 17 - July 21):

Once a week session that week specialized training sessions focusing on skill enhancement, mastery of football techniques, functional strength and conditioning designed to enhance physical fitness and endurance.

Cost: $75 per session
